Refund Policy

At Petrou Rescue Academy, we understand that plans can change. We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy while ensuring that our courses run smoothly and effectively for all participants.

 

Refunds for course registrations are available if requested at least 7 days prior to the course start date. Requests made within this period will be eligible for a full refund, minus a small administrative fee to cover processing costs. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take several business days to process.

 

If a cancellation request is received less than 7 days before the course, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. However, you may be eligible to transfer your registration to a future course date, subject to availability and approval.

 

No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or incomplete attendance, as this may affect certification eligibility. It is your responsibility to arrive on time and attend the full duration of the course in order to meet certification requirements.

 

In the event that Petrou Rescue Academy must cancel or postpone a course due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option of a full refund or a transfer to another available course date at no additional cost.

 

All refund and transfer requests must be made in writing via email to petrourescueacademy@gmail.com, and include the participant’s name, course date, and reason for the request. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible.

 

By registering for a course with Petrou Rescue Academy, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this refund policy.
