By accessing and using the Petrou Rescue Academy website or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, programs, and all related content provided through our website or in person. All course registrations are subject to availability and must be completed through our official booking system. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Petrou Rescue Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if minimum enrollment is not met, if an instructor becomes unavailable, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option of a refund or transfer to another course date.

 

Payment for courses must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Cancellations made by a participant within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7 days prior to the course) may be eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions, no-shows, or late arrivals unless approved under exceptional circumstances. Specific refund and cancellation terms may vary by course and will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.

 

Course materials and certificates issued by Petrou Rescue Academy or our certifying partners (such as the Lifesaving Society or Canadian Red Cross) remain the property of those organizations and are subject to their guidelines. Completion of a course does not guarantee certification unless all course requirements, including attendance, participation, and evaluation criteria, are successfully met.

 

You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully during all classes. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without a refund. You are also responsible for your own physical well-being during training, and you should inform your instructor of any medical conditions or accommodations required in advance.

 

All content on our website, including course descriptions, logos, text, and images is the intellectual property of Petrou Rescue Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission. Any links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites.

 

Petrou Rescue Academy takes your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during course registration or site use will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
